Responsibilities

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Gardens of Roseboro & The Magnolia a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Roseboro and Clinton, NC!

This position serves as the Lead Therapist and primary point of contact, working independently to guide daily therapy operations.

*Setting: Senior Living

*Schedule: Mon -Fri- No Holidays or Weekends!

*Hourly Rate: $48-$50/hr

Qualifications

Job SummaryThe Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities. Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Other duties as assigned.
