We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Tech Lead to lead development teams in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions.   • Strong understanding of software architecture, application development, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience with Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Strong database design and optimization experience with PostgreSQL.
