Job description

Are you looking for a fun, fast paced leadership role in an entertainment retail environment where you are constantly on the go on an obstacle course? Do you enjoy motivating and developing a team, while providing an exceptional customer experience? If so, Jordan's Furniture has the career for you. We are currently looking for a Team Lead to help oversee a Ropes Course in our Portland, ME location!
The schedule varies between nights, holiday and weekends.
The starting pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities we need you to perform...
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team
  • Greeting and assisting guests
  • Answering questions regarding film content, ratings, and show times
  • Selling tickets utilizing ticketing equipment
  • Handling cash and credit cards accurately
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Maintaining cleanliness of concession stand and theater
  • Assisting with coordinating the schedules and activities of Guest Service Representatives
  • Providing courteous service/assistance to store and theatre visitors

  • Be able to lead and mentor a team and be a role model
  • Ability to apply a high level of courtesy and professionalism to all guests in person and over the phone
  • 6 months - 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to speak in front of a large audience
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older
