About the Role

StormTrap is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Systems and Processes team as a Business Systems Specialist. The position will be responsible for assisting in system administration, data collection, and ensuring data quality in a positive and professional manner. They will be responsible for investigating potential enhancements to the systems and processes as they arise and as business needs change. They will assist the Finance team in designing, implementing, and maintaining accounting and ERP system administration. They will complete tasks in a timely fashion and demonstrate an excellent work ethic.

Salary

From $55,000 

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Finance team with management of Rootstock, our ERP
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and use creative problem solving to find solutions for complex issues
• Leading projects as needed with professionalism and coordinating across departments with differing needs
• Performing and completing proper data entry into CRM database and online content management systems
• Investigating and troubleshooting software malfunctions 
• Providing system training to staff as needed

Desired Skills and Abilities

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ensure all project timelines are met by carefully assessing urgency and collaborating with various departments. Technological aptitude with experience or strong desire to learn our business systems and technologies – including but not limited to: Salesforce or similar CRM, Rootstock or other similar ERP, Box or similar online content management software, Box Sign or similar eSignature software, and Zuant or similar lead management system. Effective communicator and active listener who thrives in fast-paced environments. Provide technical support to staff of differing skill levels across multiple systems with patience and clear communication.

Self-starter, accountable, ethical, hard-working, organized, personable, and able to work well independently and with others.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional environment
• Bachelor's degree encouraged
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification encouraged or previous Salesforce experience
• Business technology and system proficiencies – preferably with those previously referenced
• Propensity to learn and internalize information quickly and effectively
• Ability to evaluate complex situations to develop effective solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Travel as required to fulfill the duties as defined above; however, most travel will center on attendance at corporate meetings as planned
• Candidate shall be located preferably in Central Time Zone; however, Eastern Time Zone is acceptable as well

Travel

Company-wide meetings and/or regional meetings/events may result in occasional overnight travel.
