Front Desk and Guest Services Associate
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk and Guest Services Associate, where your excellent customer service skills and proactive attitude will help create memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Handle to-go orders efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with housekeeping and laundry departments to coordinate room checks, cleaning, and maintenance needs
- Support hostessing duties by seating guests and managing reservations
