About the role:
The In-Room Dining Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the daily operation of In-Room Dining while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role provides leadership and support to the In-Room Dining team, maintains service standards, and assists with operational oversight, team development, and guest engagement. This position is part of the Food & Beverage division and reports to Food & Beverage Leadership.
What you will do:
  • Supervise the daily operation of In-Room Dining, ensuring service standards are consistently maintained

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Maintain a visible presence within the operation and assist with resolving guest concerns, complaints, or special requests

  • Ensure food and beverage orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Four Seasons standards

  • Support service execution by assisting with food and beverage delivery during peak periods as needed

  • Monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of all In-Room Dining orders

  • Assist with labor management, scheduling, inventory controls, and operating procedures

  • Build relationships with repeat guests and recognize guest preferences to create personalized experiences

  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Front Office, and other resort departments to ensure seamless guest service

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

  • Assist with training and developing team members to achieve operational and service excellence

  • Assume responsibility for the department in the absence of management

What you bring:
  • College degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory, lead, or management role

  • Previous luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, wine, spirits, and guest engagement

  • Understanding of labor management, cost control, inventory management, and service standards

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment

  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Experience with hospitality and point-of-sale systems preferred
