Position: Tea Room Manager

35° Tea Room at The Factory St. Pete

Anticipated starting date: October 1st 2026

$19–21 per hour, based on experience

35° Tea Room is a specialty hospitality concept centered around premium cold-brew tea served on draft. Located within The Factory St. Pete, we combine craft beverage service, thoughtful hospitality, curated music, and community programming into a welcoming destination where guests can slow down, connect, and experience tea differently.

We believe hospitality extends beyond serving drinks. Every interaction, every detail, and every guest experience matters.

Responsibilities

* Lead daily tea room operations

* Supervise and coach team members

* Maintain exceptional guest service

* Prepare and serve draft tea beverages

* Inventory management and ordering

* Opening and closing procedures

* Maintain cleanliness and presentation

* Train new employees

* Handle guest concerns professionally

* Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and service
