About Us

Tremco CPG has been a global leader in solving complex waterproofing and roofing challenges since 1928. Weatherproofing Technologies Canada (WTC), Tremco's service division, is currently seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Technicians to support projects in Edmonton region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Roofing System Installation
    Under the direction of a Foreman, install a variety of low-slope roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, single-ply membranes, coatings, and safety systems.
    Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Inspections & Maintenance
    Conduct routine quality assurance (QA) and maintenance inspections using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    Identify issues, document findings, and communicate recommendations to ensure systems are functioning effectively.
  • Safety & Compliance
    Operate tools and equipment safely, adhering to company policies and provincial safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of commercial roofing experience, with a focus on flat or low-slope systems (steep-slope experience also considered).
  • Ability to work at heights and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel  up to 25%-35%  within the region and work flexible hours during peak seasons.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (truck is an asset).

Compensation

  • Hourly rate typically ranges from $29.00 to $44.00, based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment.
