As the Marketing Lead Associate - Canada, you'll play a key role in supporting QXO's Canadian marketing initiatives. Working closely with marketing leaders in Canada and the U.S., you'll help execute campaigns, coordinate projects, and ensure our marketing programs are delivered efficiently and consistently across the country.

What you will do:
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives supporting QXO Canada's roofing, Posi-Slope, and other Canadian business units.
  • Partner with Canadian sales leaders and the U.S. marketing team to implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Support the localization of marketing materials and campaigns for the Canadian market, ensuring bilingual and culturally relevant content.
  • Assist with vendor-funded marketing programs, promotional campaigns, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, website updates, ecommerce content, and social media activities.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, and branch marketing activations across Canada.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, promotional materials, presentations, and marketing resources.
  • Help ensure all marketing materials comply with Canadian regulations and QXO brand standards.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects while managing timelines and priorities.
What you will bring:
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B, distribution, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or multi-location retail environments is preferred.
  • Professional fluency in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing, events, social media, or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, or content management systems is an asset.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
