Job description

Salary: $24.00-$38.00/Hour DOE

Job Title: Commercial Roofing Crew Member

Start Date: Immediately

Job Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $20.00-$38.00 / Hour depending on experience


Position Overview: Crew Members carry out the day-to-day production needs of the company, ensuring quality workmanship. Crew Members are reliable team players who may be assigned to projects in multiple sectors. (Commercial roofing, Glass & Glazing, and/or Sheet Metal)


Essential Functions:

  • Set-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all times
  • Efficiently measure and cut project materials
  • Install various roofing materials to construct a weatherproof roof for our customers
  • Install metal wall panels & soffit panels, Parapet Coping & cut miters, standing seam roof panels, flashing & trim, Fascia, panel sills, & profile closures (Sheet Metal)
  • Properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, and material
  • Report any safety concerns immediately, stopping work if necessary for safety
  • Report to job on-time, ready to work, asking for clarification and assistance as needed
  • Adhere to standards of conduct and company policies at all times

Required Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 hour training (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ yrs experience in general construction


Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

  • Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
  • Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)
  • Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
  • Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)
  • Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
  • Valid transportation required to report to job sites
