Job Summary
We are seeking a  General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the demolition, collection of trash, framing, drywall, paint, light plumbing, light electrical,  flooring, operating power tools, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with other to renovate homes from start to finish
  • Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
  • Ability to learn new skills in home renovation projects
  • Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as electricians, painters, and carpenters
  • Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
  • Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
  • Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
Qualifications
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
  • Wide array of knowledge for all aspects of home construction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
