Apprentice Gutter Installer – Former Roofers Welcome

Pay: $17–$35/hr (Skill-Based Progression)

If you’ve worked in roofing and are tired of heavy tear-offs, extreme heat, and chaotic job sites, this may be a better long-term lane for you.
This is not a roofing job — this is a professional gutter installation role for roofers who already understand ladders, exterior work, safety, and working efficiently on homes.

We are The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, a nationally recognized gutter installation company known for professionalism, craftsmanship, and 5-star service.
We run clean job sites, follow strict standards, and build teams around reliability — not chaos.
This is not a short-term construction gig.
???? The Installer Track (Skill-Based Pay)
This role starts as an Apprentice and progresses based on skill + reliability, not promises.
Pay Progression (non-negotiable):

  • Apprentice (First 30 days): $17–$20/hr
  • Apprentice (30+ days, meeting standards): $20–$22/hr
  • Independent Gutter Installer (cut, print, hang gutters): $25+/hr
  • Advanced Installer (includes downspouts): $28+/hr
  • Lead Installer / Truck Lead: $30–$35/hr
Raises are earned — not negotiated.

  • Install seamless gutters and downspouts on residential homes
