Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
  • Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Perform routine audits of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
