Roller Operator

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Roller Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment. If you have experience with thread rolling and experience monitoring and measuring fasteners, we would like to hear from you.

Duties:

  • Operate a Roller Machine following safety protocols and guidelines
  • Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, and calipers
  • Utilize hand tools for various tasks
  • Monitor and maintain production equipment for optimal performance
  • Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection methods
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
