What would you do working in this job?
  • Assist with smaller projects and special assignments
  • Process and manage service requests- prioritizing tasks and assigning them to techs as needed
  • Identify and resolve issues related to service requests and equipment failures
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Support Service Manager with budget, continuing education and apprentice reviews
  • Update work orders, proposal reviews and billings
What kind of education and experience do you need for this job?
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Two years+ of related experience in the industry is required
What skills and abilities are required?
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and repair procedures
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats
  • Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively
