OEG operates Rogers Place, North America's premier sports and entertainment venue.

Role Summary: Reporting to the Coordinator, Event Operations and Retail; mascots are responsible for bringing their character to life at Condors home games and community events and appearances.

Your Focus in this Role:

  • Responsible for performing in one of two mascot suits and embodies the character during all Condors home games, community events and special appearances.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Experience performing in a suit as a school or business mascot will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of hockey and/or Condors events will be considered an asset
  • Able to perform mildly strenuous activity for several hours at a time
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Positive, energetic and professional attitude
  • Passion for the sports and entertainment industry
  • Schedule flexibility to work game nights; will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on AHL schedule

  • You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Compensation: This role is budgeted to start at $16.90.
