Job description

Rodizio Grill is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep Team Member for our culinary team. This role is essential to the daily execution of our salad bar, hot food stations, desserts, and meat preparation. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and willing to assist wherever needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare salad bar items, hot foods, desserts, and meats according to established recipes and standards.
  • Plate and present desserts for service.
  • Refill and maintain the salad bar and hot food stations throughout service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
  • Assist with cleaning and closing duties for the kitchen and salad bar areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
  • Support other kitchen team members as needed during prep and service periods.
Qualifications:
  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
