Overview:

As a Team Member, you are the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Whether greeting customers at the counter, preparing our world-famous food, or ensuring the restaurant is clean and stocked, your role is essential in making sure customers return time and time again. This is a fun and fast-paced environment where teamwork, customer service, and a positive attitude are key to success!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
  • Prepare and package food and beverages accurately.
  • Assemble and package orders
  • Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
  • Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstations
  • Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments
  • Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
  • Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
  • Work collaboratively with team members and managers
  • Maintain and organize stockroom and refrigerated areas

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required.
