We are seeking a reliable and energetic full time Expo/Food Runner/Busser to add to our team.

Start Pay $15 an hour

The expeditor is the primary bridge between the kitchen and the Front of House. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: 

Managing ticket times, plating accuracy and presentation, communicating with cooks and servers and delivering food to servers or directly to the guest tables as needed.

Key duties:

Quality control: ensuring every dish is correct before leaving kitchen

Order Coordination: ensuring proper flow of orders

Plating; adding garnish/condiments as required

Communication: serve as a liaison between the BOH and FOH

Food Running: assist with food running during peak hours

Maintaining Stock/Cleaning: ensure expo area is clean using a 'clean as you go' philosophy and retrieving items needed by FOH

Bussing: quickly clear dirty tables during peak hours

Meetings: attend monthly department meetings

Technology: Prior knowledge of using a Kitchen Display System (KDS) is a plus.
