We are seeking an Industrial Services Technician based in our Ranson, WV Factory. The position is scheduled for 6AM - 6PM on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Your future team:
We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-driven Industrial Services Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing industrial cleaning and maintenance services, including hydro-blasting, line jetting, and vacuum truck operations, in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and a firm commitment to safety, equipment care, and teamwork. This role involves working in a physically active industrial environment and requires the ability to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. This position will report to our Industrial Services team's supervisor and may require occasional overtime.
What you will be doing:
• Operate hydro-blasting, line jetting, and vacuum truck equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform industrial cleaning, pipe and line jetting, tank cleaning, and debris/material removal.
• Inspect, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain hoses, pumps, nozzles, fittings, valves, and related equipment.
• Identify mechanical issues with equipment and report or assist with repairs as needed.
• Conduct equipment inspections.
• Follow all company safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Complete hazard assessments, job safety analyses, and required safety documentation before starting work.
• Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work safely in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and in high-pressure operating environments when required.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, drivers, operators, and crew members to ensure safe job execution.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Respond to emergency or outage work as needed
What you bring:
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience and working with automated equipment preferred.
• Experience in hydro-blasting, water jetting, line cleaning, vacuum truck operations, or related industrial services preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how pumps, hoses, valves, and pressure systems work.
• Ability to inspect equipment, recognize wear or defects, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in fast-paced field environments.
• Ability to work around high heat industrial manufacturing equipment and perform intensive industrial cleaning tasks.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools, powered industrial equipment, and high-powered cleaning equipment.
