As a Technical Success Manager, you will manage high-value accounts, ensuring the successful adoption of our AI Development Platform. Your goal is to help clients build high-performance, agent-centric applications that significantly reduce cognitive load for end-users. In this role, you are expected to cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable technical and business outcomes powered by AI.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-tier accounts, accelerating product usage through strategic AI adoption.

  • Perform technical reviews to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to OutSystems development best practices.

  • Design technical adoption plans to ensure sustained growth and technical proficiency in development best practices and Agentic systems.

  • Guide customer development teams through the transition from standard applications to Agentic Workflows, leveraging OutSystems Mentor and Agent Workbench to drive significant business impact.

  • Serve as a customer advocate internally, interfacing with Product Management and Global Support to resolve challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Soft Skills: Good written and verbal communication; ability to establish trust and supportive relationships; problem-solving and analytical skills; capable of understanding complex client requirements and business outcomes.

  • Technical Skills: 3+ years in developing Web/Mobile projects using SDLC best practices; understanding of AI prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic systems.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field; recognized industry certifications in AI or OutSystems certifications are a plus.

  • Experience: competency in architecture principles, governance best practices, security concepts and infrastructure performance/troubleshooting;
