Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
  2. Develop creative, individualized treatment plans
  3. Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
  4. Provide hands-on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions
  5. Guide patients in using adaptive equipment
  6. Mentor and guide therapy staff

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  2. Current Occupational Therapist ( OT ) certification in the state of AL
  3. 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
  4. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
  5. Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation
