Job description

Starting at $11.60 per hour plus tips | Requires flexibility to work various shifts
In our fast-paced Rock & Brews venue, exceptional service sets the stage. As a Bartender, you'll bring the energy behind the bar-welcoming guests, crafting great drinks, and working in perfect rhythm with your team to ensure every guest leaves feeling like a rock star. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hospitality, teamwork, and a lively atmosphere
Below are some of the responsibilities of a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Rock & Brews Bartender:
  1. Mix or pour drinks per recipe cards using accurate measures and proper glassware. Fill orders for servers and serve directly to guests.
  2. Greet guests with a friendly acknowledgment. Assess, anticipate, and address guest needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
  3. Maintain complete knowledge of beverage selections to include wine, liqueur, liquor, champagne, and beer
  4. Operate and clean all equipment in bar areas and service stations, including beverage dispensing systems, coffee machines, and beer taps.
  5. Use point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately enter orders, dispense correct change, and process credit card and other transactions. Ensure proper procedures are followed for handling of financial transactions, including balancing bank to sales report

What you need:
  1. 6 months of bartending experience
  2. Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills.
  3. The ability to successfully achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications and City of Milwaukee bartender's license within 90 days.
  4. The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience with point-of-sale (POS)
