Job description

Ready to lead with precision? T-ROC is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse Lead to keep our operations running like clockwork!

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations while also serving as a key support for field and merchandising teams. This individual is responsible for building Fulfillment Orders (FOs), picking inventory for kiosks, receiving returns from Field Merchandisers, and end-of-day warehouse procedures when necessary. Additionally, the Warehouse Lead will step in for the Warehouse Manager (WM) during PTO or absences and provide field support when Merchandisers are unavailable due to PTO or callouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Fulfillment Orders (FOs) and prepare inventory for daily kiosk replenishment.
  • Pick products for the next day's kiosk replenishment.
  • Receive and process returns from Field Merchandisers at the end of the day.
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with end of day warehouse procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving.
  • Validate returns and ensure proper documentation is recorded in Odoo.
  • Serve as a backup for the Warehouse Manager during PTO or absences, ensuring warehouse operations continue smoothly.
  • Support monthly warehouse audits.
  • Provide field support by covering for Field Merchandisers in the event of PTO or callouts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-driven and reliable, with the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently.
  • Flexibility to shift between warehouse operations and field merchandising coverage as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in both virtual and hands-on training environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using tablets and performing basic data entry tasks.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate with team members and retail partners.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
  • Ability to work in a stockroom or warehouse environment with exposure to moving machinery and typical bending, crouching, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
