Key Responsibilities

- Provide specialized Vista ERP consulting services

- Assist clients in identifying areas for process improvements within their current ERP setup

- Lead efforts in problem-solving, investigation, and analyses, providing informed recommendations to clients.

- Create and maintain thorough, timely documentation related to software and analytics tasks.

- Collaborate with internal teams on technology and consulting projects, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Software integrations, and Data Warehouse initiatives

- Create customized Power Query reports for data analysis and business intelligence

- Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution for clients, while delivering exceptional customer service

- Develop training materials and conduct Vista ERP training sessions tailored to client needs

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field;

- At least 5 years of experience with ERP systems

- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Query and automation tools
