  • Join an experienced and collegial group of 3 physicians and 2 PAs, along with a full complement of clinical support staff.
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a thriving group with a robust surgical practice with the option of utilizing our da Vinci Xi Robot and have designated, blocked OR time at Skagit Valley Hospital, located conveniently adjacent to the clinic.
  • Shared call of 1:4 with rotating weekends.
  • This is a full-time position with a 32-hour patient contact hour work expectation.
  • Encounter a diverse spectrum of Urological conditions.
  • Our Urology practice has the support of a thriving referral network from our in-house primary care providers, ensuring a substantial patient volume from day one.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
  • Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology.
  • Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before starting.
  • Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.
  • The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
