  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinic setting preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; Medical Assistant program completion ideal

  • Current Medical Assistant Certification required

  • Strong skills in patient care, phlebotomy, and accurate clinical documentation

  • Comfortable with medication administration and patient assessments under supervision

  • Ability to respond to patient needs both in-person and by phone

What You Will Do:

Assist the physician in coordinating age-appropriate care for patients, under the supervision of the physician, clinic RN, or clinic manager.

  • Perform basic patient assessments including vital signs, height, weight, and history gathering

  • Identify and communicate urgent concerns to the physician promptly

  • Administer medications and treatments with 100% accuracy, following physician orders and clinic policy

  • Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures in compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Respond to patient-related phone calls, assess needs, document actions, and communicate with physicians

  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical charge entries

  • Support data management processes and other clinic operations as needed
