As a Sr. Software Engineer, Mobile at Carbon Robotics, you will work alongside your software, mechanical and electrical peers to build AI and robotics products. In particular, you will be involved in the design and implementations of mobile applications that are used with our products. You'll do whatever it takes - which might include going to the farm - to ensure our customers have reliable and safe products.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with Engineering teams and Product Managers to build our mobile farmer facing applications to ensure farmers have a great experience
  • Quickly build and troubleshoot mobile applications that are simple, yet elegant using Flutter
  • What you'll build delivers critical information to farmers about the efficacy of their weeding and the health of their crops around the globe, as well as enable seamless operations of their robots
  • Drive decision through project planning, task delegation and leading problem solving efforts to reiterate quickly

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

  • 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer building user centric mobile applications
  • Deep experience with cross platform development using tools like Flutter or React Native
  • Strong knowledge of interacting with a backend service, APIs and publishing to App Store
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • BS+ in Computer Science or related field

Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

$190,000—$225,000 USD
