About the Role
The Senior Implementation Consultant serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical resources to deliver process improvement, automation, and implementation solutions that drive business value. This role combines strong business analysis expertise with implementation leadership, helping identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions, agentic process transformation, robotic process automation (RPA), and operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retirement services operations, implementation methodologies, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution delivery. Experience with Chorus, SmartDesk TRAC, and retirement recordkeeping platforms is highly desirable.
Career level professional leading small, moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
