The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Department and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all department staff members. She/he assumes house supervision duties as assigned.

Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida
BSN preferred

Experience:
2-3 years RN experience in clinical area

Certifications:
BLS/CPR certification (American Heart or equivalent)
ACLS certification (American Heart or equivalent)
Successful completion of Basic EKG course
Certifications specific to areas of expertise
