Essential Duties
  • Actively grow, manage, and maintain operations within the Springdale market while building industry relationships with community partners.
  • Oversee daily operations including production, quality assurance, safety and employee management while utilizing technical leadership and guidance.
  • Support sales efforts through technical expertise and solution development.
  • Maintain department budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Ensure operational efficiency through review of equipment usage, consumables, and inventory levels.

Education & Training
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • College degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of industrial or commercial automation experience, preferred

Skills & Experience
  • Working knowledge of the following:
