Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Application Engineer to join our team, serving as the critical link between customer needs and the development of efficient and profitable automated machinery solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position which requires occasional travel to meet customer and project demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and the sales team to understand the application requirements and define product specifications.
  • Solution Development: Design machine concepts and configurations that meet customer needs while ensuring technical feasibility and safety.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of accurate quotes, including technical descriptions, material estimates, and performance assumptions.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate a seamless transition from proposal acceptance to engineering and operations, ensuring all requirements and assumptions are clearly documented.
  • Support and Improvement: Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and developing standards.

  • Timely and accurate completion of technical proposals.
  • Alignment of proposed solutions with customer requirements and company capabilities.

Qualifications
