The 1st Shift Robotic Welder plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining advanced robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded components. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Basic knowledge of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding.
  • Ability to perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on robotic systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in robotic welding or related technical training.
  • Experience with programming robotic welding cells using industry-standard software.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards such as ISO or AWS welding codes.
