Production Associate - Parts
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Starting Wage: $22/HR
Summary:
The primary function of this position is to manufacture metal components used in garage door production by operating a punch press and related equipment. Employees must ensure accuracy and consistency in each piece while maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to safely operate machinery are essential for success in this position.
Essential Duties:
  1. Properly start-up, run and shut-down machines within the department.
  2. Operate hand/power tools.
  3. Complete die setups and checklists.
  4. Manipulate automation programs.
  5. Maintain and clean the dies.
  6. Complete daily production checklist.

Marginal Duties:
  1. Assist in Production or Shipping areas as requested.
  2. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

  • Maintains a high level of quality to eliminate mistakes.

  • Always remain safety conscious.
