Automation - Sr. RPA Engineer

Location Dallas, TX. Onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for an Automation Senior Consultant with experience in standard RPA and intelligent Automation delivery. Client-facing role experience is mandatory. Should have experience in leading and solutioning for automation projects. Exposure to Cloud Platforms would be an advantage.

Client management:

Be able to lead conversations with the client and develop deep understanding of the nature of work to share new ideas and opportunity segments

Communicate with the clients and understand their business needs

Technical:

Manage large-scale capital projects to ensure on-time and in-budget completion

Manage small- and mid-scale capital projects to ensure on-time and in-budget completion

Maintain archived records and documentation

Provide, verify, measure, and revise drawings

Recommend compliance resolutions to management

Work with development teams across the organization to plan, implement, and track end-to-end automation activities

Functions as a leading member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices

Typically spends 60% of time writing code, creating scripts, or implementing automation tools, and remainder of time collaborating with stakeholders through ongoing product/platform releases

Contributes to decisions about tools, methods, and approaches for projects automation activities

Work Experience: 5-9 years of relevant experience in Process automation. Techno-functional approach.

Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end intelligent automation engineering with best practices, processes, and methodologies to drive efficiency and accuracy in the delivery solutions

Lead Opportunities: Partner with Business Stakeholders, Operation leads, Business process improvement leads to brainstorm and initiate Automation ideas

Software Development: Experience working with SDLC, Waterfall and Agile models for delivery of the project.
