NAVA Software solutions is looking for a RPA - Developer / Analyst
Details:
RPA - Developer / Analyst
Location: Houston TX - 2 days/week onsite
Duration: 6-12 months
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions using robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) technologies aiming to optimize/standardize and automatize business and project services reporting (business planning and project services function performance). The role requires extensive experience and technical knowledge related to the business structure, project services functions (document control, planning, cost control), strong background in software development, automation, and project management to work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop automation strategies to address business needs and goals.
Accountabilities:
  • Define and develop the vision for the digital product (specifications, ToR, work instructions)
  • Ensure alignment with business strategic objectives (ECR reporting, Project reporting, Project Key Performance Indictor)
  • Define and maintain the business case and value proposition, define targets for business impact with business, measure and monitor business impact and benefits tracking for digital solutions, communicating on value
  • Continuously engage with internal clients (I&C engineers, Schedule Engineers, OCMs, Quality Managers) to understand their needs and ensure this is addressed in the use cases and overall product roadmap
  • Prioritize scope of major functionality items that inform the product backlog to maximize business impact and product success, define success criteria and manage change request
  • Identifies and mitigates risks at all development stages for the product success
  • Ensure continuous communication with digital product owner (if applicable)
  • Digital product development and monthly dashboard maintenance/improvements
  • Conduct monthly data validation and data integrity confirmation
  • Organize regular catch-up meetings with end user and NAM leadership team to assess functionality of the tools, collect feedbacks and engage on potential future improvement.
  • Drive product adoption & associated business transformation and changes in standard processes in partnership with relevant business stakeholders
  • Promote actions to ease business adoption - internal & external, train and coach end users and commercial teams (as relevant), measure and gain Business/ Client satisfaction and define and implement improvement plans
  • Promote digitalization initiatives and developed product in NAM at group level
  • Prepare, coordinate, facilitate, report the monthly NAM resource forecast exercise
  • Development of solutions and automizing opportunities defined by business strategic objectives
  • Maintain regular synchronization with the AI COE to ensure that automation solutions comply with security, data privacy, regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies, trends, and best practices in parallel with the AI COE
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, design specifications, and user guides
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that are efficient, reliable, and scalable
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions

Skills:
  • PowerBI (Required)
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel software (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, automation, or related field
  • Experience in developing automation solutions using RPA, AI, and ML technologies Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • Experience in developing automation workflows and scripts using RPA tools around Microsoft Power Platform environment
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understand Subsea business (Required)
