Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and the Automation and AI COEs, fostering a collaborative and transparent working relationship.
- Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand business needs and build technology solutions that support operational goals.
Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Maintain currentstate assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology and automation roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and futurestate vision.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign.
- Recommend and shape automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on efficiency and cost reduction.
Technology Implementation
- Partner closely with IT teams to design, evaluate, and implement technology solutions - including RPA, AI, machine learning, and other emerging capabilities.
- Support project planning, requirements gathering, and development to ensure successful implementation of new tools and features.
Vendor Partnership
