Job description

The Role 

Strategic Partnership & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and the Automation and AI COEs, fostering a collaborative and transparent working relationship.
  • Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand business needs and build technology solutions that support operational goals.

Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development

  • Maintain currentstate assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology and automation roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and futurestate vision.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign.
  • Recommend and shape automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on efficiency and cost reduction.

Technology Implementation

  • Partner closely with IT teams to design, evaluate, and implement technology solutions - including RPA, AI, machine learning, and other emerging capabilities.
  • Support project planning, requirements gathering, and development to ensure successful implementation of new tools and features.

Vendor Partnership

  • Collaborate with Vendor Management to evaluate external technology partners and provide feedback on vendor performance, capabilities, and future enhancements.

Change Adoption

  • Promote continuous learning and encourage team proficiency in emerging technologies, automation and AI.

Work Environment

  • Operate effectively in a fully remote role, demonstrating accountability, communication, and selfmanagement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and highperforming team culture.
  • This role will require working US hours.
