We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our automation team and drive digital transformation across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, develop automation solutions using UiPath, and optimize workflow efficiency. This is a key role that blends hands-on development, system integration, and the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies like AI/ML and agentic automation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Integrate UiPath automation with systems such as ERP, CRM, and internal databases.
  • Work with RESTful APIs and manage publishing via API Management tools (e.g., APIM).
  • Implement credential management using tools like Azure Key Vault or CyberArk.
  • Configure and use Datadog for workflow monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align automation with business needs.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot complex automation issues.
  • Keep up to date with UiPath's AI/ML capabilities and evaluate use cases.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven hands-on experience with UiPath and other RPA or cognitive automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, .NET, or VBScript.
  • Solid understanding of workflow automation, RPA best practices, and solution architecture.
  • Strong experience with databases like MSSQL or Oracle.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to integrate RPA tools with external systems via APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in complex issue resolution.

Preferred/Desired Skills:
  • Experience working with AI/ML capabilities in UiPath.
  • Exposure to agentic automation and cloud-based RPA migration.
  • Experience migrating UiPath from on-prem to UiPath Cloud.
  • UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, RPA Solution Architect) highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Education and Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • UiPath Certification is highly preferred (Developer or Solution Architect).
