The incoming physician will benefit from a robust referral base, access to two Da Vinci robotic systems, and a clinic conveniently located within walking distance of the hospital. With shared call coverage, a growing regional network, and support from the Daytona Beach team, this opportunity allows for a seamless blend of independent practice and collaborative growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who values both professional growth and the coastal lifestyle that makes East Florida such a desirable place to call home.
Hospital Highlights:
* Approximately 100-bed hospital with modern facilities
* Access to an outpatient surgery center at the nearby Daytona Beach hospital
* New replacement hospital currently under construction, with completion expected in 2029
Practice Highlights:
* Incoming urologist will join 1.5 employed urologists
* General urology position. Subspecialty interests can be supported within the framework of a general urology practice
* Robotic training preferred, not required
* Clinic located across the street from the hospital
* Two Da Vinci robotic systems on site (DV5 and Xi)
* 1:3 Call rotation
* Supportive staff, medical assistants, and APPs
* Dedicated OR and clinic time
* EMR is Epic
* Open to J1 and H-1B visa candidates
