General Labor – Yard Team Member: Roberts, Wisconsin
Our customer in Roberts, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting General Labor – Yard Team Members to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Yard Team Member, you will support daily yard and plant operations by safely handling materials, assisting with equipment operation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities of the General Labor – Yard Team Member:
  • Operating equipment to load, stack, and retrieve materials and supplies
  • Assisting with aggregate, cement, and general material handling
  • Monitoring, documenting, and maintaining inventory levels
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe yard and equipment area
  • Exercising sound judgment during unloading and yard operations
  • Guiding truck traffic and supporting safe vehicle movement
  • Following all OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support plant operations
General Labor – Yard Team Member Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to frequently carry and lift 10–40 pounds
  • Ability to occasionally carry and lift more than 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
  • Ability to squat, crouch, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach above shoulder level
  • 0–2 years of related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with construction, concrete, or industrial operations a plus
  • Basic understanding of material handling and equipment operation
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and flexible to meet operational needs
  • Safety-minded with the ability to follow instructions and procedures
Pay for General Labor – Yard Team Member: $21.00/hour
