Shift Schedules: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMJob Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and compassionate care will play a key role in the lives of our residents.

**Weekend and shift differentials on top of regular wages!**


Qualifications
  • RN license in the state of practice.

  • Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.

  • Nursing experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Document and report changes in patient conditions, including infections, skin conditions, and weight fluctuations.

  • Follow procedures for incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.

  • Participate in rounds with physicians and collaborate with healthcare team members.

  • Update patient records, including room changes, admissions, and discharges.

  • Utilize the Quality Life Manual to monitor patient progress in care programs.
