Job Description

ResCare HomeCare is looking to hire Registered Nurses in the Central and Eastern Kentucky areas to serve in the role of Field Care Manager.  These nurses will perform non-clinical, in home assessments on a weekly basis with a dedicated case load.  These nurses generally set their own schedules and the salary is well above competitive rates.  Nurses will work remotely with readily available administrative and clinical support and supervision.  All documentation is completed electronically through a secure portal.

Qualifications

The general qualifications for this position are as follows:

  • Possess valid/active Kentucky Registered Nurse License, or eligible Nursing Compact State.
  • Resume' demonstrates at least one year of experience that deals with the elderly population as an RN
  • Resume' demonstrates at least one year of experience that involves case management as an RN
  • possess valid/active driver's license
  • possess reliable transportation
  • be able to pass comprehensive background check and drug screen.
