Job description

Full-Time RN Resource Float Pool

Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking a Full-Time RN Resource Float Pool to join their team. This role involves facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and communicate with the healthcare team and patients/families.
  • Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational mission.
  • Float to multiple units within one facility or across facilities as needed.
Requirements
  • RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required.
  • 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float.
Schedule
  • All shifts - availability to be verified.
  • Travel required, 100% of the time.
Compensation
  • $26.95 - $42.99/hour
