Job description

Gastroenterological Associates Of The Piedmont (GAP)

GAP is the longest established gastroenterology practice in the Piedmont Triad area. This independent, physician-owned GI practice is looking for RNs for our Endoscopy Centers. GAP evaluates new patients, performs consultations and conducts follow-up visits for chronic gastrointestinal conditions. Our offices draw and assess labs, administer injections and monitor medication therapies. We offer on-site infusion services and our clinical staff assist with a variety of in-office procedures. When appropriate, GAP schedules appointments for outpatient screening, diagnostic and/or treatment procedures. Our endoscopy centers are physician-owned outpatient ambulatory surgical centers which specialize in colon cancer screening and prevention as well as a number of other procedures.

Excellent benefits package includes health insurance, dental, vision, life, long-term and short-term insurance coverage and a robust 401k/profit sharing plan; voluntary benefits including voluntary life and medical bridge plans. Paid time off, paid holidays and a friendly environment where work/life balance is a priority. Exceptional providers and well-trained staff on board. We offer competitive pay! Looking for another strong team member!

Our registered nurses work in the preoperative and recovery areas and are responsible for preparing patients for procedures and recovering patients when their procedures are completed. They will also be cross-trained to work in procedure rooms. Multiple roles within the department allows day to day variety in work assignments. We are seeking skilled, highly compassionate nurses to provide safe and thoughtful care to our patients. Each patient is unique.

Why Work with Us? As an independent medical practice, we offer a different experience than large healthcare systems. Here, you're part of a close-knit team where your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and your work makes a direct impact on patients and the practice as a whole.

We focus on building lasting relationshipsโ€”with our patients, our staff, and our community. You'll enjoy more predictable schedules, less corporate red tape, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment. Our leadership is accessible, decisions are made locally, and we prioritize both patient care and employee well-being.

If you're looking for a career where you can truly connect, contribute, and grow, we invite you to join us.
