Job Description
Saint Luke's South is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Tier I Float Pool. This position will float to various Medical Intermediate units at Saint Luke's South.
Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Days
The Medical Intermediate Float Pool is looking for an RN who wants to gain experience in various units while working in a variety of medical intermediate units. Opportunity to work with collaborative multi-disciplinary teams and a supportive leadership team.
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
