What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Registered Nurse, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Registered Nurse, you need a solid foundation in clinical care, patient assessment, and medical knowledge, typically supported by an RN degree and licensure. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), patient monitoring equipment, and standardized documentation systems is essential.
