Job description

Position: Registered Nurse - RN
Location: Erlanger, KY
Pay Rate: $35 - $39 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Summary:
The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing the care of pediatric clients according to individualized care plans using a multidisciplinary approach. This role includes direct patient care, coordination with healthcare providers and community resources, family education, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children and their families.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license (Kentucky or compact state)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Current TB test required
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage pediatric patient care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, treatments, and medication administration
