RESPONSIBILITIES โ€” What You'll Do

Conduct client consultations and aesthetic assessments Administer Botox and dermal filler treatments with skill, precision, and care Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive retention and referrals Collaborate with providers and team members to support location growth.


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Strong communication and client relationship skills Excellent attention to detail and clinical judgment Genuine passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best, and a coachable, growth-minded approach.

Preferred

Hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal filler treatments (not required โ€” we train motivated RNs who show the right clinical judgment and client instincts) Consultative, education-first approach to client care Experience building and maintaining a loyal client base Comfort working within a collaborative, high-performing team Established ties to Des Peres or the greater St. Louis area.
