Job Summary ● The Aesthetic Injector - RN is a leadership and educator role, responsible for providing both client care and education to clients regarding aesthetic services and treatments such as injectable treatments, neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic enhancements. As an RN-Aesthetic Injector, you will play a crucial role in providing aesthetic consultations, procedures, follow-up to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes. The RN will assess, and treat clients’ aesthetic desires/needs as well as maintain client-provider relationship and manage clients’ medical records. The Provider must represent the Relive brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments such as Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures within RN scope and under appropriate medical supervision.

Conduct patient consultations, review medical history, assess candidacy, and help develop individualized treatment plans.

Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, risks, aftercare, and maintenance schedules.

Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and injectable products using proper sterile technique and safety protocols.

Administer injections accurately and safely while maintaining patient comfort and professionalism.

Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures for adverse reactions or complications.

Document consultations, consent forms, treatments performed, product lot numbers, photos, and follow-up instructions in patient records.

Support management of complications and escalate concerns to the supervising provider when needed.

Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations, clinic policies, HIPAA, and infection-control standards.

Assist with follow-up care, patient communication, and scheduling of future treatments.

Build strong patient relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and trust.

Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, techniques, and continuing education requirements.

Promote skincare, wellness, and other clinic services when appropriate.

Help maintain inventory of injectable products, supplies, and treatment materials.

Collaborate with medical directors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and front office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications ● The RN will work in collaboration with the advanced practitioner /physician and have a certificate of completion/degree from accredited RN Program. The candidate will also maintain required certification that allows the RN to work with the client populations and location settings associated with this position. Must maintain up-to-date licensure as an RN in your state. This position requires a clear background check.
