RM Auto Group is growing & we are looking for a Powerhouse Parts Advisorto join our award-winning Meidl Honda team!


The Meidl Honda Powerhouse division handles the parts and servicing of Honda motorcycles, ATVs, SxS, power equipment, marine, and more. As theParts Advisoryou will be a key part of the customer experience - helping technicians, riders, and enthusiasts get the right parts and accessories to keep their machines performing at their best. Join our team of experienced parts and service team members to receive on-the-job coaching to help you succeed.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers at the front counter with parts needs for their Honda products.
  • Professionally handle all parts counter phone calls.
  • Create quotes, and invoices for customers.
  • Ensure customer orders are accurately filled in a timely matter.
  • Maintain accurate inventory with assistance of the Parts Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Powersport Enthusiast.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High customer service satisfaction expectations.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract and criminal record check upon hire.


Previous parts or powersports experience is an asset, but attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
